Origin of Blue Dream Wax
Blue Dream has been featured on the website several times. It’s a strain that we love and can’t get enough of. Blue Dream keeps appearing in different forms, and this time it was in the form of wax. Blue Dream wax was something I had never tried before. I have only tried the shatter and flower versions. Blue Dream is a mix of Blueberry and Haze strains.
Blue Dream excels at every level. The wax is just an enhanced effect of the Blue Dream flowers, which we all love. It’s great for depression sufferers and is a perfect strain to help you get your day started with energy and motivation.
The Side effects
Concentrates seem to affect each individual differently. Concentrates are generally the same effect as flower counterparts but with a lot more CBD or THC. Pre ’98 Bubba Kush, for example, contains 0.2% to 0.4% CBD. However, the concentrate version can pack up to 40%. Blue Dream is a dominant Sativa strain so I expected a pleasant, immediate head high.
The wax gave off a warm and fuzzy feeling to the head, along with intense euphoria. The effects begin to fade after about 15 minutes. They then become more relaxed and mellow, which lasts throughout the day.
Smell and Taste
Although wax isn’t known for its intense aromas, there are exceptions. Blue Dream wax is one such exception. The wax has a sweet, berry-like aroma that intensifies when it is broken down and makes one want to eat. Blue Dream is an excellent strain for people who like low-temperature dabs. The blueberry and haze roots of the strain create a delicious taste that could be mistaken as sweet fruit.
